 Summary:

CVE Inc., a non-profit social enterprise, was founded in 1986 to address the issue of unemployment and underemployment of individuals with mental health disabilities living in San Francisco. A social enterprise describes any non-profit, for profit, or hybrid corporate form that utilizes market based strategies to advance a social mission. CVE is pleased to share that 71% of our clients are still gainfully employed two years after receiving CVE’s services.

Our ultimate goal for this event is to bring together individuals from the San Francisco business community, political community, and community at large to begin a dialogue around workforce development focusing on individuals with disabilities.
