For many individuals with mental health disabilities, finding meaningful employment is an essential part of their recovery process. Many clients, however, face seemingly formidable barriers in finding competitive employment in the community. CVE’s support system makes achieving the goal of community employment a reality.CVE provides individual services to qualified, trained job seekers re-entering the workforce, as well as to recently hired employees. Our Employment Specialists work one-on-one with clients through a wide variety of services including:

• Job Retention assistance including job coaching
• Ongoing consultancy and advocacy

• Skill Development
