Our staff is not only committed to assisting employers find quality candidates, but also in helping them train and retain their employees, Additionally, CVE can help businesses navigate the American’s with Disabilities act, and how to maximize the benefits of hiring individuals with disabilities (including taking advantage of substantial tax credits).

At CVE, our services:

• Are free to employers and job seekers
• Include consultation about applicant’s strengths and performance style
• Include assistance with job readiness through job coaching and job retention services for both employer and employees
• Include training on tax credits, ADA compliance, and accommodating disabilities in the workplace
• Include providing employers with diverse applicants from all of our programs, including those from our Bilingual and Youth programs
• Include providing candidates who have ServSafe certification and industry standard training in janitorial services
